Ken Helm Residence

This project is a proposal to build a small community that included Duplexes, Townhouses and Condominiums for a total residential area of 250,000 Sq. Ft.. The site slopes considerably presenting challenges and opportunities for architectural expression and development of functional spaces. The buildings are nested in the morphology of the terrain and the lower floors adapt to it. 

Generous landscaping provides social opportunities and the mix of dwelling types introduce a rich social milieux.
